The deadline for registrations to UArctic Assembly is 16 May 2024. The early bird registration fee for the Arctic Congress 2024 (including UArctic Assembly meeting) is 450 €, available until 15 March. Registration fee for UArctic Assembly meeting only is 250 €.
On the Arctic Congress website you will find information on travel visa requirements, transportation and accommodation.
- Travel & Visa: We recommend you to make travel bookings soon. Should you require a visa to travel to Norway, please start the arrangements as soon as possible.
- Accommodation: We recommend you to book your accommodation soon.

- Meeting Agenda and Documents: A summary of the agenda is available on the preliminary program page. In accordance with our rules, all meeting documents, including agenda, proposals and supporting documents will be distributed by e-mail to all Assembly member representatives* and registered meeting participants by May 2, 2024 (at latest).
Members can have more than one representative in the Assembly, but only one of them can vote.
