UArctic Assembly is the annual meeting of UArctic members, which serves as a platform of cooperation, networking and consultation between all UArctic members.
The Program of the UArctic Assembly 2024 includes breakout sessions, Thematic Networks' and new members' presentations, UArctic Assembly dinner, together with other program highlights.
The Meeting Agenda will cover the following matters and more:
- Electing Board members;
- Approving new thematic networks:
- Presenting and approving new UArctic members;
- Presenting the financial statement, annual report and the auditor's statement;
- Deciding the membership fees;
- Verifying the UArctic operating budget.
Assembly Agenda and Proposals will be shared with Assembly representatives no later than 1 month before the meeting (2d of May latest).
To register for the Arctic Congress and UArctic Assembly Meeting please follow the Arctic Congress website. The early bird registration fee for the full Congress, including the UArctic Assembly meeting (29 May to 3 June) is 450€, available until 4 April. The regular fee after that is 500 €, with the registration open till 15 May.
Please note that there is an opportunity to register only for the UArctic Assembly on 2-3 June, with the price of 250 €. Registration for the UArctic Assembly will close on 15 May.
